LITTLE – BUT HUGELY BENEFICIAL MEDITATION!
This beauty of a meditation, is something that you can do when you wake up in the morning, FIRST THING YOU DO. As soon as you become conscious and start feeling that you are waking up, you start. It doesn’t even have to be long, maybe just a minute, or longer if you like. But let it set the mood for the rest of your day, let it bring you happiness from within. We think here at Tuntrelife, that even though it is so short and simple, possibly it is the most powerful meditation there is.
WAKING UP
Here is how you do this meditation
- As soon as you become conscious of being awake, start by feeling a smile spread across the eyelids, on the inside. Feeling how it softens your eyes, and they become a smile, they radiate smiles.
- Let the smile spread, it now smiles between your ears too.
- Bring the smile to your lips, let them smile in physical also, as well as mentally and emotionally.
- Feel your whole head, it is now a smile, it is smiling.
- Let your throat smile, from one side of the neck to the other.
- Next make your shoulders smile, from one side to the other.
- Your chest is smiling.
- Let your heart smile, and spend a little longer here, feel your heart smiling, and how happy it makes you!
- Your intestines are smiling, your lymphatic system, your nervous system, your spine, your liver, kidneys, and adrenals. They are all smiling now.
- Feel your yoni or lingam smile.
- Your legs and feet are smiling.
- Your arms and hands are smiling.
- Now as the last thing let ALL the cells smile in your body, and finally let your DNA smile.
NOW YOU ARE READY TO MEET YOUR DAY IN A REALLY PRISTINE HIGH VIBRATIONAL STATE
